The difference between a kid swallowing one magnet vs two magnets is extreme.
1 magnet: it's cool. They will poop it out. You can check the poo for it if you want.
2 magnets: transfer to tertiary facility. Admit to surgery. Serial X-rays. NPO and social service consult.

Hi. Board certified pediatric critical care physician here to tell you that nebulized budesonide is not useful for any critically ill child ever. For anything.
It’s especially not useful for:
- measles
- pneumonia
- sepsis
- Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS)
