I suspect the 30 years later Penlink is just to placate existing residents. And all it encourages is more single occupancy vehicles to the city. Can you tell I'm not a fan? Although I am looking forward to the new Stanmore Bay Bus Station — walking distance for me to one bus to the CBD!
