Downy woodpecker on the greenbelt. These incredible birds peck at 30 times per second up to 1500 g’s of impact! They create homes for burrowing animals and clean trees. Their pecking sound also attracts mates.

Waterlilies
When the sun hits just right, you can feel the mystique. Waterlilies are an ancient genus of plants found natively around the world. This pond was in full bloom in Brisbane at the Botanical Gardens in April.
