Pettole. Wystarczy mąka, drożdże i woda. I trochę tłuszczu do smażenia. Mogą być na słono lub na słodko. Od dziś do Befany (Trzech Króli) spotkać je można wszędzie.

Dzisiaj u nas wigilia...Niepokalanego Poczęcia.Jutro dzień wolny od pracy i rodzinne obiady. Pości się przez cały dzień, w południe dozwolona jest puccia (okrągła bułka) a wieczorna kolacja obowiązkowo rybna. Oczywiście podaje się pettole. Na Północy Włoch ubiera się choinki.
