I’ve managed to find an online pharmacy that’s worse than Pharmacy2U. Step forward, PillTime.

PillTime: If your GP issued a prescription on 2/9/2026 and it's not showing in your Orders tab yet, it may still be processing or there could be a delay. Since the Orders tab only shows active orders currently being processed by the pharmacy, you'll need to contact your pharmacy directly to check on the status of this prescription.

Me: Am I not doing so?

PillTime: I'm not quite sure what you mean - could you clarify what you're trying to do or what's not working?

Me: You say "contact your pharmacy" but you are my pharmacy

PillTime: You're right - apologies for the confusion.
Since your prescription was issued on 2/9/2026 and isn't showing in your Orders tab yet, there may be a delay in processing.
The best way to check on this is to call or visit the pharmacy directly, as they'll be able to look into why it hasn't appeared in your account yet.”

Because of Gary, I take daily medication to prevent seizures. And this glorious loading spinner of doom is stopping me ordering my monthly prescription.

But hey, at least the JavaScript is modern. 🤬

So I know this is completely unsolicited advice and feel free to ignore me, but I use Pharmacy2U and they send regular reminders that you should be ready to order. I’ve found it really useful. And it cuts down on so much life admin.

I'm such a fucking dumbass. I'm undershared care for hrt. I've been using the Pharmacy2u app to order my meds, forgetting it's registered to my main surgery, so not the one that handles the tgel. They rejected my order twice and I was not realising why. I've ordered from the correct surgery now. (1)

🤷‍♀️It's brand new meds I've never taken before, so that may be a factor? I use Pharmacy2U for my repeat scrips and they come in the post - VERY convenient.
