Yeah, I know. Close them all. Personally, I would declare all Russian citizens persona non grata, and have the EU physically cut all internet cables going from the EU to Russia. Ban Russian phonenumbers from EU phone numbers. Even though that is probably easily circumvented, it would send a message.
