For anyone unfamiliar with CL-32, it's a pocket computer inspired by the vintage ones of old. It's got an e-ink screen, esp32-s3 for brains, a 72 key keyboard, and i/o expansion #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

The new board lets me try even more screens! The one at the bottom is a slight bump in resolution (168x384 rather than 128x296) and it flickers a little less while updating which is a bit nicer! #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

Building on my PCB face plate idea, how about a PCB front and back (with the main board in between) and a TPU band round the edge hugging it all in place 🤔 this is just a basic test, but I think it might just work... #Pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

Currently waiting on v0.2 boards to be assembled. This version has a more common battery, better RTC and uses an M2 slot for add on cards rather than the header pins on the last board. Watch this space for more news..... #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

You don't have to rely on whatever add-on cards I come up with to extend functionality! With 2 STEMMA/Qwiic connectors on 2 different groups of pins for maximum flexibility! You can even use GROVE boards with the right cable! #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32 #stemma #qwiic #grove

It's great being able to print out an item so you can physically hold it in your hands and see how it's actually going to work! Just small changes to the size of things or the spacing makes loads of difference #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32
