My fave throuple, Kidgance. Been working up a Keith Daz Studio reference. Liked the drawing but the rendering defeated me. So, went with just a smattering of shadows. #krita #fanart #pidge #pidgeholt #keith #lance #kidgance #voltron #vld
Lance, Katie "Pidge" Holt, and Keith from Voltron Legendary Defender. Fanart. A posed portrait of the three. Pidge stands in the front of the two men. She holds Keith's hand, fingers interlaced. Lance has his arm over her shoulder and Pidge holds his hand. Keith stands to Lance's left, and has his arm around Lance's waist. Lance's hand is over Keith's on his waist. Background is the usual smudgy gray of a portrait studio.

Work in progress. 'Nother design idea for website banner. I like how the characters turned out but as usual can't work out what to do with the background. #plance #pidge #pidgeholt #lance #fanart #vld #voltron #krita #wip
Lance McClain and Katie "Pidge" Holt of Voltron Legendary Defender. Fanart. Pidge and Lance on Galaxy Garrison's rooftop, a blue sky and desert mesas in the background. Lance and Pidge both lay on their sides, sitting up halfway. Pidge is in Lance's lap and reached back to touch his face, a smile on her face. Work in progress; linework done but rendering partially done which is just as well because artist will probably ruin the drawing with color.

Plance smooch. Got obsessed with Neocities and trying to come up w/a banner image for my site. This ain't it. But also, I don't hate it, so posting. #fanart #krita #plance #pidge #pidgeholt #katieholt #lance #vld #voltron
Lance McClain and Katie "Pidge" Holt from Voltron Legendary Defender. Fanart. Lance stands, back to viewer; in his arms is Pidge. His head is bent to the right toward Pidge and the two are kissing. They are wearing their Voltron casual/civilian clothes: Pidge in her gray shorts, green and white sweatshirt; Lance in jeans and his brown hooded jacket. A blue sky with white clouds behind them. Color palette for sky is from a Maxfield Parrish painting. Created in Krita with a Daz Studio 3D reference.

Lance McClain and Katie "Pidge" Holt from Voltron Legendary Defender. Fanart. Inspired by a panel from the defunct webcomic, Platinum Grit. Not wild about the contrast, or lack thereof, but I've already overworked the rendering. #plance #pidge #pidgeholt #katieholt #lance #fanart #vld #voltron #krita
Parody fanart of a scene (still) from Voltron Legendary Defender where Lance strikes an exaggerated hero pose—Allura looks up adoringly—in a way that gives Frank Frazetta vibe. In this version, it's Katie "Pidge" Holt who gets the hero stance, standing on a Galra corpse, holding a flag with her hacker icon. Lance clings to her leg and stared up adoringly. Fanart.

WIP of a redraw of older work. A parody of that scene where Lance fantasizes of glory. Reworking this using as reference my Plance Barbies, lol, that I made in Daz. #fanart #vld #voltron #WIP #lance #pidge #pidgeholt #krita
Work in progress. Fanart. Line work. Katie "Pidge" Holt and Lance McClain and a dead Galra from Volton Legendary Defender. A parody of Lance's fantasy where he plants a flag over a dead Galra, adored by all, including Allura. In this version, it's Pidge who's the hero, with Lance crouching at her side, clutching her lower leg and looking up at her with an adoring sort of anxious face.

Moar Plance. Now that I have a way to make my own drawing references, I'm on a roll. Anyway, Lance trying out his new "science-y" pick-up lines on her favorite girl genius. She's gonna clobber him, but is nonetheless, amused. #plance #pidge #pidgeholt #lance #vld #voltron #fanart #krita
Lance and Katie "Pidge" Holt from Voltron Legendary Defender. Fanart. The two are in their standard civilian clothes: Lance in jeans, t-shirt and hoodie jacket; Pidge in gray shorts and oversized white, green and orange sweatshirt. They stand side-by-side and Lance leans in, a flirty grin on his face. Pidge's hands are in fists, as though she's contemplating hitting him, but also, there's a little smile on her face.

Funny frame I found while playing a scene back at slooow speed. #vld #voltron #lance #pidge #pidgeholt #hunk #garrisontrio
A frame from Voltron Legendary Defender, "Begin the Blitz." From scene where Lance pops up between Pidge and Hunk, drops his arms over their shoulder and hugs them, while making overconfident boasts about the mission. In this frame his arms are blurred, pointy wings and his face wicked and twisted with a huge smile.

Going thru files looking for things to redraw. I already worked up a new reference to redraw this, but...for once, I actually like an old piece. A parody of Lance's fantasy scene from VLD. #plance #lance #pidge #pidgeholt #katieholt #fanart #vld #voltron #krita
Old fanart from 2022. A parody of Lance's triumphant fantasy in Voltron Legendary Defender. In this version, it's Pidge who is having her moment of glory, holding a flag that reads "Science" spelled out with elements from the periodic table. She stands on a dead Galra and Lance leans against the corpse and against her, clutching her leg, looking up adoringly and blushing.

Did the rendering on Pidge and Lance, hated it, deleted and am starting over. So, 'nother WIP. Inspired by Momo by Michael Ende. Which is a very timely book, btw. #plance #pidge #pidgeholt #katieholt #lance #vld #voltron #fanart #krita #wip
Work in Progress. Katie "Pidge" Holt and Lance McClain from Voltron Legendary Defender. Fanart. Inspired by the novel Momo by Michael Ende. Pidge (as Momo) sits beside Lance (as Gigi) on the stone step of an amphitheater. He has his arm over her shoulders and gestures expansively as he tells her a story. Pidge wears Lance's jacket and a patchwork skirt and it barefoot (like Momo in the story). Lance, broke-ass like Gigi, has patched clothing.

Still a bit of a WIP as rendering, especially lighting, always defeats me. Pose not mine; borrowed from art I saw on Pinterest. #krita #vld #voltron #kidgeance #keith #lance #pidge #pidgeholt #fanart
Work in Progress. Fanart of Voltron Legendary Defender's Lance, Katie "Pidge" Holt and Keith. Keith is carrying Pidge piggy-back on his back. Lance, standing behind them, leans against Pidge's back, his arm around Keith's shoulders, his other hand peeking up behind Pidge's head, making a peace sign (or rabbit ears?). He and Pidge smile at the viewer, while Keith's head is turned, smiling back at his friends. Rendering, color and lighting, still needs work.
