But I do agree with you that the character arc of Ye Pingjun leaves a lot to be desired! On the other hand, I think the transformation of Yu Changxuan is credible and compelling.

OIC, Pingjun does have feelings for him since she's now even capable of jealousy and feels inadequate compared to his childhood "sweetheart". We've come a very long way. If only she were capable of actually TALKING with him about all of it. That's one of her character flaws that drives me nuts.
