#Pitchfork
Pitchfork was right to be elitist. Vindicated by history.

Listen, I don’t like Taylor, but I’m not sure four new songs warrants an entirely new review just so you can jump on the hate bandwagon, Pitchfork. Just go back to trying to push terrible fucking jazz on the aging hipster set.

I'm not a fan of online pitchfork brigade actions, but I sure hope the internet mob goes at least as hard after the people trying to reveal the name of the Jane Doe in the Cornell case as that mob will go after her if they find it.

At this rate, pitchfork might just be her biggest fan

Today at Pitchfork, I wrote about Ty Segall's latest album, where his early primal tendencies dovetail with his more recent artier inclinations to produce a blast of garage-prog: pitchfork.com/reviews/albu...
Ty Segall: Chrome
Read Stuart Berman’s review of the album.

FORGOTTEN GEMS continues, we recommend listening to brilliant albums which seem to have been forgotten.

#46 is from THE RAPTURE, with the album “ECHOES” from September 2003.

Reviews from PITCHFORK gave it 9/10, NME 9/10 and ROLLING STONE gave it 3 stars/5 so give this a listen…..

Curious that the New Testament places the pitchfork in the hands of the coming one—ostensibly the Messiah. Yet the church got forkaphobic.

I’ll bring a pitchfork. I can’t currently fill my Rx for an estrogen patch because they’re back ordered. My feminine rage is very easily accessed at the moment.

Apple music also pretty bad, as soon as it figured out I was an elder millennial it wanted to only play me indie sleaze. There’s no way to tell these algorithms “actually I’m looking for novelty and challenge and stuff that’s good” which for all its sins was the job of something like Pitchfork

"Can you imagine my head on a pitchfork?"
