今日は空の日ということで飛行機にまつわる思い出話をひとつ。
『エアロック』こと日本初のエアショーパイロット、ロック岩崎さんとの出会いは友人に誘われて行った但馬空港フェスティバルでした。
そこで見たロックさんの華麗なフライトパフォーマンスに魅了されてそれからは毎年のように通うようになりました。
フライトが終わった後に物販ブースで先頭に立ってサインしたり記念撮影に応じたりするロックさんの優しい笑顔が今も忘れられません。
残念ながら2005年に訓練中の事故で亡くなってしまいましたがいつまでもファンでいたいと思います。
