the daycare center/preschool my daughter attended in NYC has a wall around it and its yard that is, I'm guessing, at least 8 feet tall. you can't see the kids from the outside, except maybe on the top of the biggest playstructure but that's it.

Zoomer and Geemer adventured all the way up to the play structure at yard's end! Brave! And wow, Zoomer's beard is very fresh now, and Geemer's earlobes are so big and vibrant 😊

It's not even a whatever park, it is very clearly à children's park bc it is mostly playstructure! And he is *scary mad* and it is a near daily, multi-hour occurence

I lol looked at the nameplate of it when I was there and didn’t notice any earthscape mentions, but it does look similar.
Like most things, I’m sure it came down to not budgeting enough for a real placemaking playstructure.

Yes!! I live near this park with a playstructure and it's not every parent who is like this, but when they show up it gets me in the feels. This is how I am as a kidsitter tbh!!
