#PlayerCentric
ITS GENUINELY MY FAVOURITE ROMANCE PATH IN ANY GAME THERE IS NGL. EVEN IN GAMES THAT ALLOW POLYGAMY NOBODY WRITES NON-PLAYERCENTRIC THROUPLES

it's a scope consideration. it's impossible to simply have more of everything. and unlocking all romances to all player character types makes npc's sexuality playercentric and that's just weak writing imo too.

a lot of the playercentric rules are a LOT better than D&D has, but its held back by a lot of structural problems in the GM side of things

campaign frames are *really cool*, but they're going to end up being a major drawback and a lot more work for GMs who want to run their own worlds.

I know a lot of people felt a lot of different ways just re: the player character rejecting drinks so it’s a fine line to walk regarding both how the player might react & the control they feel towards the story. I’ve never written something as playercentric as the wol but I imagine it’s a fine line!
