Had about 5cm of snow this morning. Just cleared the footpath (mandatory in Be!).
Lunch is pork chop w pointed cabbage & béchamel sauce + potatoes + Aglianico.

I’ll spare you the story but I had beef mince & 1/2 pointed cabbage left over so I made burgers, stewed the cabbage & baked some potatoes & paired it with the last of that ‘16 Ch. Meyney!
I’ve had worse lunches!

Warmed up the leftover chicken breasts & made pointed cabbage in béchamel sauce + baked potatoes.
