We’ve doing it for years. My mom will sometimes switch out the butter with olive oil.
It really is just mashed sweet potatoes plus chipotle in adobo sauce.

Only five small potatoes left from the 10 lb bag. They love potatoes. 😄
Handing out potatoes again this year. Last year it was the most popular item and we ran out almost immediately. I bought a 10 lb bag this year. We'll see what happens.
