Polyurea only bonds chemically to polyurea in a short "recoat window." Fresh polyurea has leftover reactive groups that covalently weld to the next coat, but only for a few hours. Rhino Pipeliner 5000 has a max recoat of ~4 hours. After that the surface goes inert. 2/

We've found a new gene linked to chronic pain in humans! The gene SLC45A4 encodes (the long-awaited) neuronal polyamine transporter, which is important for pain signalling in nerves. We hope this discovery might lead to new chronic pain treatments in the future!

Reprogramming neuroblastoma by diet-enhanced polyamine depletion - Nature
Enhanced polyamine depletion in neuroblastoma models decreases translation of mRNA codons with adenosine in the third position, reprogramming the tumour proteome away from cell cycle progression and towards differentiation.

Polyamine-dependent metabolic shielding regulates alternative splicing - Nature
Polyamines prevent the action of kinases on acidic phosphorylatable motifs in spliceosomal proteins, thus providing a mechanism for metabolite-mediated regulation of alternative splicing in cells.

Nope. Epoxy is resin + a polyamine. This is polyurea with something like an amine resin

Which is the right material for this job. But it takes real know-how to apply it
