Not sure was it offroad , but seemed to be quite off any road since bike cleaning requires prephase of thorns/ weeds removal 🤪

Its basically just
- Start with a DS and SGB when the boss is ~540k for a prephase
- Kill hands asap, use ecb as much as possible, ful arrows are good here if you remember to swap back to jas
- After hands deathspore an incend into a DS. Slow-roll your damage until the boss does the spiral

骨髄浸潤で予備能がほぼないんでしょうね…チエナム増量のq6hまで増やすかといったところでしょうか。
進行期の人のリンパ腫症例では治療開始時に合併症で治療関連死するリスクを回避するために、あえて用量減らして先行するPrephase Treatmentをやったりするみたいです（とは言っても元々のdoseが半端ないのでそこの違いがありますが）
