My guess: this is because in philosophy we have lower self-expectations. Analytic philosophy has aspirations to scientific status, and strands of Continental have Hegelian dreams of a presuppositionless starting point - but in the main we are humanities scholars who wearily accept permanent discord.

When you ask whether Hegel's philosophy is truly "presuppositionless", remember that "presupposition" itself only acquire a determinate meaning for Hegel through the self-development of the logic. So, Hegel's logic gets to define for itself what it would mean for it to be presuppositionless.
