Her skintone came from a happy accident when a blob of ProAcryl Dark Hot Pink flowed into some SoFlat Yellow Green on my wet palette overnight.
Based her skin with the pink and worked in more and more yellow green to the mix as I layered up.

So this is a grey undercoat with proacryl pale pink with carroborg crimson thinned as a shade.
I also enjoy rakarth flesh + targor rageshade as a kind of ashen flesh tone that I used for dwarves and dark elves a lot.

After blending in the antenna (a base of Testors flat black, then ProAcryl primer, and then the base zenithal colors of burnt umber, light umber, golden brown, and ivory), I proceed with some brush highlights to bring out panel lines and other upper features. Ready for the next phase!

I mainly paint with proacryl. I did a thin base coat with 5:3 ratio of Transparent Purple / Purple, the body is 1:1 Dark Grey Blue / Blue and the limbs 2:1 Dark Neutral Grey / Dark Grey Blue.
