Large-scale heat pumps & electric boilers can already deliver industrial #processheat up to 200°C and 500°C (paper production, chemical processes and the food industry). Resistance heating & electric arc furnace needed to melt metals and plastics can produce temperatures up to 1 800°C. 4/x
