最近システムが不意にBSoDで落ちることがあります。Bufferedでこそありませんが、何のためのフルECCかと思ったりしますが、まあそんなこともあるものなのかもしれません。本当はログをきちんと解析すれば原因はわかるのだと思いますが、それをするほど頻繁に落ちるわけではないので少々様子見です。ProcessLassoが動いているので、プロセスの極端な偏重などは適宜調整されているはずなのですが…。謎です💦。

何とか無料部分で頑張ってきましたが、どうにもプロセスを精密に調整する必要があるようなので、ProcessLassoに課金しました💦。正直、このWSは世代的にももうとうに寿命を迎えているので、あんまりコストをかけて延命しても仕方がないのですが、近時はWSを用意しようと思うと、本当に最低で150万円から、とりあえず仕様的に性能が整ったものをと思うと200万円からすたーとになるので、いますぐそれだけのコストを負担するのは厳しいというのがあります。まあ、エッジでLLMを駆動するわけではないので、PCにセグメントを落とせばいいのですが、もう少しだけ考えます💦。

I might have been tanking performance doing well-meaning but ultimately stupid stuff - I use ProcessLasso pretty extensively and tend to tweak things on impulse

- changed power and latency settings within NVIDIA control panel
- plugged the focusrite into every USB port on my PC
- uninstalled nvidia drivers with DDU and then clean installed with NVcleanstall
- downgraded GPU and focusrite drivers
- a random ASIO plugin for OBS
- ProcessLasso

PS: Barely got this to run. Had to implement @dachsjaeger.bsky.social's variable for interpolated rendering (jumped from 45-ish to 144+ FPS?!?!) & had to use ProcessLasso software (amazing!) to disable Hyper-Threading because I kept crashing on Koboh (wish this wasn't a pun...)

Meh. Ich hab grad so ein Ding, dass ein PC ständig hängt. Wenn ich dann im TaskMgr gucke sehe ich die eCores sind alle voll ausgelastet. Ja kein Wunder. Aber wirkliche Hänger deshalb?

Ich hab wohl irgendwann mit ProcessLasso gefeiert und dann muss irgendwas im letzten Update passiert sein. O.o

まあ、全部入りといってもPCIeのレーンをほぼ使い切れる豪勢なI/O周りになっていることと、メモリチャネル、あとはフル機能のUSB4が2ポートあり、DP-Inもあって、完全にUSB4を使い切れるということなのですが、USBはナンバリングは4でもI/Oの仕様としてはThuncerbolt3の拡張にすぎないので、「それならうちにもある！DP-Inもちゃんとある！」と思って、たぶんもう１年くらいはこのXeon WSで頑張るのだと思います。PrimoCacheとProcessLassoのCPUアフィニティー機能のおかげでなんとか老兵もまだ立つことができるのです。頑張れXeon.←無理を言うな💦。

If you're not sure if you can turn something off in autoruns, just copy the name and google search it

O&O ShutUp also allows you to turn off annoying windows stuff like forced ai features, etc

ProcessLasso runs in the background and does better resource management so your system hangs less

If you are using windows and it's slow here's how to fix it:
- Install the Microsoft Autoruns utility and disable bloat/programs you don't immediately open yourself on boot
- Install O&O ShutUp10++ and turn off suggested processes
- Install ProcessLasso and use SmartTrim+ProBalance

システム全体でFATを全く使用していないのに、fastfat.SYSのページエラーによるBSoDで落ちるのはなんとも納得がいきませんが、Direct I/OのRAM DISKがあることと、ProcessLassoで、かなり低レベルでプロセスに干渉しているのでその衝突かもしれません💦。ファイルのダウンロード時など、特定のトリガーで落ちることはわかっているので、おそらくですが、ProcessLassoによるI/Oへの干渉が原因とみて間違いなさそうです。とりあえず、いったん抜いてみます。

It was parking on the Non-Cache cores on my 9950X3D and causing extreme stuttering till I forcibly parked it on the cache cores

I used it to park the game to my cache cores because for some reason Destiny 2 was parking on the freq cores causing immense lag and stuttering
