Nature photographer Varun Aditya captured these dancing lemurs on Madagascar, to which someone has added appropriate music.

Let's talk about sifakas (genus Propithecus) and why they dance whenever they leave the trees.

We have to start by understanding Intermembral Index (IMI).

Verreaux's sifakas (Propithecus verreauxi) masterfully leap vertically between trees, rapidly bounding with precision even between dangerous spiny thorn shrubs. When no trees are present, they leap across the ground in a side-long dance. Threats include rampant deforestation and hunting. Endangered.
