HA HA, HA, so did you guys know that if you combine propranolol and melatonin together (at max dose), the propranolol will interfere with absorption rates, making your body absorb *17x* the amount you're supposed to from any amount of melatonin? I sure didn't!

Apparently the recommended dose of melatonin is 0.5mg, not 5 mg, huh.
Anyway, I took 10 mg of melatonin for the first time ever last night and full out paralyzed myself.
I went from slightly eepy to full on RLS and inability to move my body properly.
They shouldn't be making these as gummies LOL

I ran out of propranolol on New Year’s Eve. I requested a refill 2 weeks ago. Still don’t have it. propranolol withdrawal has nasty side effects. My HR has been ranging from 50-190. Chest pain, palpitations. I waited on hold 1 hr this morning to get my refill sorted. Still not ready
