Simple Purple Yam Cream Dessert

I cooked a purple yam with a microwave and puréed and then made the cream with sugar, a bit of salt and oat milk.
The toppings are granola, pinenuts and orange peel preserve called spoon sweet.

I used 50% whole wheat flour and 50% all-purpose flour for the dough. I think it tastes better and naturally sweeter than 100% all-purpose flour.
