I've just sent them a complaint about this one too. I've suggested talking to some actual LGBTQ+ organisations, GMA, RainbowYOUTH, and Tīwhanawhana, but I doubt they will.

Reading this thread reminded me of the renewal campaign's partnership with RainbowYOUTH—I think the fandom topped $20k donated with that one. I wouldn't be shocked if total donations across the last 4 years didn't hit $200k or thereabouts.

when i last checked just from the OFFP fundraisers, the rainbowYOUTH fundraiser, and the half of the ad campaign that went to charity, we’d raised just under $50K by january 2024 and the number is absolutely higher now. i’d honestly bet over $100K (or at least really close).
