Examples:

1. Cornfield was metered with leaves as midpoint and blue part of sky as +2.

2. Sunlit part of top left petal was metered at +2 as I wanted the white flower to be exposed as bright as possible.

Both RDPIII metered as 80 ISO.

More #slidefilm these were taking the #pentax67 on a short road trip to see if it handled slide film as well as the B+W I first tested it with. Very happy to say it did. These are with the 200mm f4 mostly @ f8 #believeinfilm #Provia100F #RDPIII
Growing corn taken during early July 2025, looking lush and green. Field of yellow/orange flowers (maybe marigolds?) with cloud shading the foreground so the middle distance is way brighter. Crops (I have no idea what) laid out in neat lines giving vanishing point effect.

A few more spring shots on #provia #RDPIII #slidefilm #believeinfilm.

My canon FD 55mm f1.2 flares worse than I remember (and worse than it looked through the viewfinder).

when I get a couple of films-in-progress developed I'll post all the other #graffiti that's been on that wall this year.
Sunset through slightly out of focus trees in the foreground. This was taken in spring, before the trees had leaves on them. Small yellow flowers on a local tree, taken with a shallow depth of field against a blue sky so that only the main cluster is in focus and the others are blurred in the background Backlit tall grass seedheads, as the sun is in the frame (upper left) the canon FD 55 f1.2 has a noticable lensflare in the bottom right corner Photo of graffiti on the dedicated graffiti-wall at our local skatepark.

Five windmills at zaanse schans catching the last rays of sunset (from left of picture) on their sails. the almost cloudless sky has subtle pastel sunset colours, reflected in the river in the foreground.

Just some waterlilies taken on the canal near our house about a month ago on #RDPIII #Provia #Slidefilm #Believeinfilm
Wide shot of waterlilies in local canal in spring, before they flowered. Shot from above so that the leaves below the surface show up in the sunshine. Closeup of a waterlily flower, shot directly from above Waterlily leaves and flowers in strong sunshine, which is reflecting off the leaves making them look almost like mirrors. Wider shot of waterlily leaves and flowers from above again showing almost white leaves where the sun is reflecting off of them.

The moorhens had a nest across the canal from us this year and managed to raise several chicks. Shot over about 5-6 weeks using an EF 100-400mm + 1.4x TC on #RDPIII #provia #slidefilm #believeinfilm #wildlife #birds
Moorhen sat on nest in the reeds beside a canal with recently(ish) hatched chicks (2 visible) Moorhen with 5 small chicks following paddling along the canal amongst the waterlillypads Three larger moorhen chicks swimming together with waterlillypads. They are following and calling loudly to their parent who is just out of shot. Three moorhen chicks following their mother or father through the waterlillies. The parent was teaching them what to eat and was breaking bits off the small yellow flowers and feeding them to the chicks.

What is spring in the Netherlands without tulips?

We went on a family outing to Keukenhof gardens on a grey and drizzly day, however the tulips were still colourful. #tulips #keukenhof #believeinfilm #slidefilm #provia #rdpIII

Some spring herons from around Hoofddorp. These were all shot on #provia #slidefilm #rdpIII #believeinfilm from the far bank of the canals they were beside so as not to disturb them as they don't like being looked at by large telephoto lenses very much. @everyheron.bsky.social
Photo of a heron in afternoon sunlight. The heron is standing on the edge of a canal with its neck folded down. It's just on the water-side of a load of dry reeds which make the light dappled or stripy as it falls on the heron. Heron standing with its neck extended at the water's edge. it is partially concealed behind some dry reeds. Heron standing farther up a bank about halfway between the water (not shown) and the fence-line. The afternoon sun is striking its far-side and it is looking regal.
