Rockumentary Workouts continue with James June Schneider and Paul Bishow's Punk the Capital; Building a Sound Movement. It rightfully pays homage to mid-70's favorites The Slickee Boys, Razz, and Black Market Baby before moving on to the hardcore sound that changed everything.
