The UK based double deckers that are most common globally countries generally only have 1 set of stairs, even when the bus is up to 13m long (42ft). Some European and Asian manufacturers elect to use 2 stairwells. In the US, only the ones at RTCSNV in Las Vegas currently have 2 stairwells

My 10th(ish) Annual Armistice Day Able Baker-to-Able Baker RTCSNV Tour de Bike Share has expanded from 21 to 37 stations and from 9 to 15 miles, and now includes an e-bike leg. The recovery beverages at the end are worth it.

RTCSNV has two I'm familiar with; Bonneville TC downtown, which is alright as far as it goes, but is located a touch too far from Fremont St. to be what it's trying to be. South Strip TC is, on the other hand, basically what it says on the tin, no more no less.
