About the time I hit 15 miles weekly, I get a tight/sore hip flexor. It might also be from running on snow/ice. Any good warmups for psoas/hip flexor issues?

I’m in the phase of race training where I don’t want to run. It’s 14 degrees out. I want to eat pastries. This week my long run is 7 miles and I feel the motivation slipping.
