Have heard two separate people say this was actually flashed on their terminals. So it was a wire that (possibly) screwed up, not just a Twitter randomer.
There was confusion in a lot of the coverage I saw about the source and timing of the brief rally, since Hassett hadn’t been on tv since around 8am and didn’t say what was reported. It appears to me that this widely followed account who pretends to be Bloomberg (but isn’t) might provide an answer.

One thing I really like about football is it's a unifying topic. It's a pleasant means of conversation with a taxi driver, some randomer at a conference, or that guy at work you wouldn't otherwise talk to.

Work in an office and am a massive football fan. There's a guy in the office who pretends he loves football to "fit in". We make up random teams and football players and he never questions any of them. Sorry mate but we know you're full of shit.

I'm not anti-Kneecap. If anything I'm broadly pro, and it's great to have bands around that feel dangerous and exciting again. But I've just seen a description of them, apparently originated by some randomer on Reddit, as Goldie Lookin' Sinn Fein, and even as a well-wisher, that is so fcking funny.
