Hyderabad, Sep 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) Enrolment of voters for the Mahabubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad and Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduate constituencies of the Telangana Legislative Council began on Monday. The process began with a public notice under Rule 31(3) of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960. Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) C. Sudharsan Reddy urged eligible graduates to register as voters. The electoral rolls will be prepared afresh with November 1, 2026, as the qualifying date. Those previously registered must re-register. The Election Commission of India has announced that two vacancies are due in March 2027 and will be filled through biennial elections.

Hyderabad, July 13 (SocialNews.XYZ) The man who was on the run for two days after killing six persons, including his wife, two young sons and three members of the family that had filed a POCSO case against him, was found dead on Monday. The body of B. Rajkumar (29) was found at Penjerla in Kothur mandal of Rangareddy district near Hyderabad. Locals found the body in a real estate venture and alerted the police. Police rushed there and identified the deceased as Rajkumar. He is suspected to have died by suicide as a bottle of poison was found nearby.

He said that it is a matter of pride for Telangana that, for the first time in the country, such a modern export centre is being established in an inland state, not in the coastal region. Under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana, with 60 per cent funding from the central government and 40 per cent from the state government, this centre is being constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 47 crore.

Revanth Reddy on Monday directed officials to develop eco-tourism on forest department lands within the Hyderabad core urban area limits. He also wants forest lands within the limits of Bharat Future City to be developed as international-level tourism destinations. Hyderabad, April 27 (SocialNews.XYZ) Five workers were killed, and 12 others were injured when a huge crane collapsed due to heavy wind at a cement bricks company on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Monday evening.​ The incident occurred at the cement brick company in Mahalingapuram, Shankarpally mandal, Rangareddy district.​ Police rushed to the spot and launched rescue and relief operations. The injured were admitted to a hospital in Shankarpally. The condition of two of the injured was stated to be critical.​ The deceased were identified as Ali Hussain (35), Nagender (30), Sajid (32), Mithun and Sonu.​
