Definitely some food for thought. Don't agree with everything but I enjoyed his earlier The Last Jedi video and he takes some of that pretty good insight into re-evaluating TRoS here.

A serious problem w/ Sec. 70302 is that it's retroactive & could (likely would) affect cases already in front of the court, e.g., those re: illegal exile of immigrants, whose TROs/injunctions do not have securities given. In those cases the gov't will feel able to proceed with impunity re: contempt.

He mastered it after the Luke encounter, bolstered by the dyad with Rey. Have him disappear in TROS and wake utterly exhausted and drained someplace else.

Ok remember how TROS broke my heart & did violence to a lifelong relationship w the characters & stories of Star Wars? Well. I determined to see it a 3rd time, to fully understand my anger, but also determined to never pay Lucas/Disney another dime for it. My library hold's here!
