Talyn Vigil, one of the teens charged in Preston Lord's homicide, was out on $1 million bond & was rearrested TWO MORE TIMES.
The judge set bail this time at $2 million cash.
Vigil should remain in jail until his trial date on MURDER CHARGES.

Two Latvian men were arrested near RAF Molesworth, England, then rearrested under the National Security Act 2023 for allegedly entering a prohibited place "for a purpose prejudicial to the UK." Counterterrorism police are investigating. (1/2)

Bahrain: Authorities Rearrest Pardoned Detainees
(Beirut) – Bahraini authorities have rearrested at least nine men who had previously been released from prison by royal pardon, the Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy (BIRD) and Human Rights Watch said today. The men, who were previously detained on politically motivated charges, were arrested in July and August 2026 for allegedly failing to pay fines dating back a decade. Bahraini authorities should immediately release them and cease all efforts to collect the dubious unpaid fines. “King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s decision to pardon over 3,000 prisoners in the last two years earned immense praise from the international community, but these new arrests call into question whether the pardons were genuine,” said Niku Jafarnia, Bahrain and Yemen researcher at Human Rights Watch. “Those who praised the pardons should call on Bahrain to stop rearresting people and release those again detained.” BIRD and Human Rights Watch spoke to three people, including Naji Fateel, a prominent Bahraini human rights defender who was among the nine rearrested and who spoke from detention. They also spoke to Mustafa al-Jamri and Hassan Burwase, who have not yet been rearrested, but who said the authorities were trying to detain them. The arrests are happening...

The best part is how many of the J6ers that were pardoned have been: 1) rearrested for some form of a crime, 2) been rearrested specifically for CSAM, 3) been rearrested specifically for pursuing a minor.

Iva was rearrested by military authorities in 1948 and returned to the United States to stand trial, where she was unable to overcome the overwhelming prejudice against Japanese-Americans at the time. She was officially pardoned by President Gerald Ford in 1977 and died in Chicago in 2006. (6/7)

A judge freed him. ICE rearrested him and tried to deport him to
-Ethiopia
-Cameroon and
-"Africa"

ICE then sent him to
-Louisiana and
-Texas

Chief Judge Gina Rodriguez ordered him returned to Colorado and released.

Vote no on this amendment. Only 7% on bail are rearrested - most people benefit and it doesn’t need to be made more draconian. The only other needed reform would be demolishing bail altogether.

Authorities rearrested him in Tijuana in January 2025. His new 29-year sentence covers firearms and ammunition reserved for the armed forces and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
