Today's cards: Ten of Wands, The Tower, & Three of Cups. How many of those burdens and responsibilities you are carrying are actually your personal burdens and responsibilities? How many of them are you carrying because other people and/or society expects you to carry them regardless of your ability to carry them effectively? Get out from under those that were never yours to bear and put them down, even if only for today.

Today's cards: Eight of Disks, Five of Disks, & Nine of Cups. It is easy to follow the traditions and patterns laid down by others. After all, if it wasn't successful, then you wouldn't be expected to do the same, right? It may have been a successful strategy when it was first begun but the circumstances have changed and so have the ways of dealing with the problem when it arises.

Today's cards: Nine of Wands, Six of Disks, & Queen of Cups. This isn't the day to go all out, despite the winding down of the month. This is the day to take stock of what you have and do only what needs to be done to keep things in balance. This could be the day to evaluate your job's resources and to distinguish what belongs to you from what belongs to your boss.

Today's cards: Death, Queen of Disks, & Balance. It's done. But moving on from it will be hard. Everyone is waiting for you to fall apart, to give up, to let someone else start making the decisions from now on, but that is the last thing you should do. Keep counsel only with your most trusted and let the world see only quiet determination.

Today's cards: The Star, King of Wands, & Justice. Your reluctance is justified, but if you are going to get what is necessary, you're going to have to talk to that one person you have been avoiding. Yes, they have too much control over the thing that you need, and yes, they will gloat entirely too much about now having apparent control over your humility, but you of all people know that the star that rises is also the star that descends.

Today's cards: Ten of Disks, King of Disks, & Seven of Disks. The legacy that came before you is the legacy that will come after you is the legacy that you are creating now. It just doesn't feel that way because you are in the middle of it all. Take a seat away from it all and look at the big picture that you have been involved in this entire time.

Today's cards: Ace of Swords, Two of Cups, & The Hermit. You're going to have to get comfortable with some very uncomfortable things real quick. The current situation is far outside of your known areas of expertise, not to mention your comfort zone. It's okay to sit for a bit to catch your breath, but don't sit for too long. What you need to do won't look like much to anyone who doesn't know you, but it is going to be some of the most intense (self)work you have done in your life.
