As they should be. I believe SCOTUS has seen which way the wind is blowing. They've gone too far & know it. Glad they're doing what's right before the election. Let's see if they keep it up when MAGATs contest every election they lose based on Trump & minion lies.

For the 1st time in US history SCOTUS has more rulings on its shadow docket -- unsigned and with no opinions -- than it has cases where it has heard oral arguments and issued signed rulings.

While I agree with Justice Kagan on most things, I strongly disagree with her assertion that SCOTUS' conservative majority lack "an understanding of the consequences of their decisions."
I think they understand those consequences quite well.
