The US exiting WHO is practically absurd. We live in a connected, global society. All diseases are one plane ride away. As long as we continue to have flights coming in, there is no escaping new pandemic level disease spreading. Quitting WHO is stifling ourselves with information and data.

It’s almost like there’s is an intentional effort to threaten and silence the folks who are trying to highlight/address the toxic manipulation of online platforms. These folks don’t just want “freedom of speech”. They seem to want complete “freedom from accountability”.
The Attorney General of Missouri (a Republican) is "looking into" Media Matters creating three X/Twitter accounts then accurately reporting when X showed ads to offensive content—an abuse of government power that genuinely threatens free speech.
