I hate that our generation, which famously has been locked out of the housing market more than any of our predecessors, is judged by the paint our landlords indiscriminately slapped over everything. 😂

Defaulting is a risk there but that's true of student loans too. At least in this case there's a concrete, resellable asset involved.
