Neat Reynatis thingy
Usually u need to wait for a melee counter to destroy the barrier cause otherwise it negates everything besides your super, which is blocked
Buuut you can farm hits on other mobs for the dmg boost so even when blocking the super you can kill them inside the barrier

Depends on what you're talking about because people who think VS13 was a game we never got and not just a concept for a game we did get are Ura Zelda guys (but those are dwindling) but people just interested in the way the concept shaped future output like Reynatis, Lost Soul Aside, KH4 etc. are new

I think I've accepted that Versus XIII will probably never actually exist in the way I wanted it to, and I'm trying to keep my expectations in check. But it'll definitely be cool if some of the scrapped ideas end up in KH4. Reynatis is pretty cool, too.

well it's quite simple: unlike the demo for reynatis, where it was so boring that i gave up after the tutorial because the combat was so frictionless, i actually took damage in the anomalith demo and had to do stuff to not get killed

Well, I enjoyed their action RPG Reynatis quite a bit last year. If Monark is at least as serviceable as that game was in regards to gameplay, I’d probably enjoy it. It’s on sale for $20 right now.

Put a little bit more time into Reynatis tonight and I think the fun in the combat so far is manually turning magic on and off for meter and burst, keeping it on for uptime, and keeping your combo high. But that's just me, I can imagine people not vibing with the game. I like it enough.
