Also my dad read Summer of '49 to me when I was a kid and I got very little of it apart from memorizing the lineups, but I picked it up again in my 30s and it was so good it made me want to quit writing and work on an offshore oil rig

I forgot what a phenomenal freeway rig the barge is as long as you can enable her drinking problem.
I can hit 15mpg cruising at 60, or just sit at 85-90 all day eating up miles and chugging fuel at 6mpg.
She does get a bit sketchy (and hazardous to my wallet) above 100 tho.

He was *THE* oil rig fire fighter. If your oil rig blew a head, even if it didn't catch fire, you called Red Adair. He was the single most experienced oil-well firefighter in the world. They called him up to put out oil well fires in Kuwait in 1991. He was 75 then, and didn't retire until 1993.

i thought because the controls are part of the rig it would work when exporting to FBX, but i guess since geometry nodes are essentialy shaders it doesnt actually move the mesh (?) the thing is i had it working with directly modifying the scale before and it didnt work either
