I thought it was very exciting and I liked seeing Roaas in action. it was very suspenseful especially considering that they failed in the rescue attempt. #TrekBookClub #StarTrekFireWithFire

There's a picture of a Caitian in Memory Alpha--apparently he was seen in one of the TOS-era movies. So, that's how I pictured Roaas.

I like the captain. He's professional and I like his sense of duty and idealism. And Roaas! I love the XO. We don't see Caitiains very often in Trek so I was so psyched, and I really liked his character. And of course, zh'Thiin. I also liked Moba, the bartender. #TrekBookClub #StarTrekFireWithFire

I wondered why Roaas was able to stay calm, since you'd think Caitians would be temperamental. Then I figured, maybe he toned down his natural tendencies when he joined Starfleet, so that's how he can stamp it down. #TrekBookClub
