Tender roasted beets, red onion, preserved lemon, parsley, cumin-warm olive oil, finished with tahini+yogurt. Earthy, creamy, bright.

I told my husband I wanted to make #beetjuice. So he bought all the ingredients & made it today w/ #roastedbeets, #bananas, & #apples. Someone drank the apple juice & he forgot to add the ginger that was supposed to go in but it tasted like a delicious shake & was filling.
