Israel & United States didn't sign #RomeStatute but #TheStateOfPalestine did in 2015.

As a member of the ICC, 🇵🇸 have a legal right to file charges with the court, which also indicted Hamas members that the IDF killed prior to arrest & trial

Fact:

The Rome Statute, which established the ICC (International Criminal Court) is endorsed by 125 countries. The countries objecting its authority and rulings are totalitarian states prone to violate human rights both, domestic and internationally.

Trump’s stance on the #InternationalCriminalCourt leaves the USA part of club comprising the following countries, all of which refused to sign the #RomeStatute or withdrew from it:

Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iraq, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Burundi and The Gambia.
