Add to this there are three positive stories about #NigelFarage and no mention of #RowanWilliams open and blatant criticism of him in regard to using Christianity to attack Muslims.

Every day it becomes more and more apparent just how fucked up the #BBC has become.

[T]he Gospel is always about healing... and we tell it in our theology and our practice, in what we do in our work for justice when we learn to live on earth, here and now inhabiting the space in which God has placed us.

As ever, Rowan Williams offers profound wisdom:

"As Christ represents humanity by standing where sinful and suffering human beings stand, so we seek, not innocence... but fidelity to the place where suffering is happening" (239).

A sermon is not “an op-ed for a newspaper”, the former Archbishop of Canterbury Lord Williams has said. He offered the comments in a new podcast, Preaching Well, launched by the Bishop of Loughborough, the Rt Revd Saju Muthalaly 🎧

‘Thanks to the rhetoric of both the nationalist right and some voices in or near government, what causes most fear among settled and newly arrived migrants is that they are assumed without argument to be criminal, morally alien, actively hostile to the communities around them.’ #RowanWilliams

Profound and perceptive review by #RowanWilliams, in The Observer today, of @drfrancisyoung.bsky.social’s new book, ‘Silence of the Gods: The Untold History of Europe’s Last Pagan Peoples’ (CUP, 2025).

In *Discovering Christianity*, Rowan Williams offers a profound and gracious exploration of faith, inviting both the devout and the inquisitive to rediscover Christianity’s heart. Not as a tool of power, but as a path of love grounded in God’s nearness and grace. #rowanwilliams #spck #christianity

I'm with #RowanWilliams. Given how much mileage #Peterson gets out of #God, he seems unsure if there’s a real “other” on the other end of his spiritual hotline. Are we talking about God, an outside force, or just a mirror inside Peterson?
