“At the Hegseth hearing, GOP senators covered themselves in shame.”

It was “a gross dereliction of duty on the part of the Republican-controlled Senate and the Trump-directed FBI.”

Exactly right from RuthMarcus.

I am appalled, disgusted and upset that the brilliant @RuthMarcus of the devolving @washingtonpost was prompted to resign because her thoughtful piece was killed by the editor ( and owner’s “bended knee”).😡
Very “Europe 1930’s” of them!

#WillLewis quashed a piece by Ms. Marcus that was critical of Jeff Bezos' plan to focus solely on boosting libertarian ideology in the opinion section.

And there it is, the always awful @kwelkerNBC tells the equally awful Lester Holt that “something has shifted in our politics.” (A classic way of making nothing sound pithy.). Cue the @NYTimes columnists, or maybe @ruthmarcus, to find some way to blame Biden for this. Wait for it.

I don’t know about all of you, but I’d love to see Amazon stocks fall significantly like Tesla’s. I sold my crumbs today. I don’t want any more of a part of Bezos’s wealth while he squelches freedom of the press. Since I don’t have a wapo subscription, this is something I’m able to do. 🤷🏼‍♀️ #RuthMarcus
