As expected, SAMIDRC's mandate has been terminated. SADC will begin withdrawing its troops from the DRC.
Although this has taken far too long, I think SA, TZ, and MW were right to ignore knee-jerk calls for immediate withdrawal until the EAC-SADC negotiation process & formal SADC mandate termination

As expected, SAMIDRC's mandate has been terminated. SADC will begin withdrawing its troops from the DRC.
