The PA national association has changed the name. The state PA recently updated their bylaws and changed the name. Changing it in statute is appropriate. PAs also just got legislation voted (SB89) to put them into statute (we have been under SMB regs only).

Sadly, another example of the Kentucky legislature picking up the pace in the race to the bottom just like they did for watersheds with last year's SB89. I'm glad to see that Fitz is still fighting the good fight regardless of the odds!
