Where did you get your information that LWV is NIMBY?
LWVC is a YIMBY organization that supported SB 50 and SB 79 transit oriented housing.
LWV LA County was also a partner in supporting the SCAG “coastal plan” for more housing near existing coastal job centers

County-funded housing studies examine district-owned site at 255 West Stanley Avenue; modeled 132-unit prototype shows large funding gap
SCAG-funded technical studies of the district's 255 West Stanley Ave. site were presented; a conceptual 132-unit mixed-income prototype produced planning-level cost and financing estimates (~$92M total cost, ~$33M baseline permanent funding, leaving an estimated $59M gap that could narrow to ~ $48M with 4% LIHTC). Board received the studies and voted to 'receive and file' the work product.

null reminds me of a Cockatrice, they could be a flock of MR-controlled cockatrices
it also ties somewhat neatly into the whole stone theme and moderation
but void knows
for hippogriff scag we'd have to butcher hippogriffs to make it so she can't come back to "Aniayah" form

me neither LOL which is why I haven't even begin to think about null... I also thought about maybe hippogriff scag, but the transformation circumstances of the hippogriff are too convenient to align with aniayah, i feel... the crystal pony concept never crossed my mind though hm...

...But per this book: www.google.com/books/editio..., the predecessor to SCAG formed before the MPOs fully took shape, with Imperial eager to join and San Diego hesitating.
