In some respects, SCUK is worse than SCOTUS. At least in the US there are three dissenting Justices who will tell the truth about the majority's ideologically motivated rulings. FWS, Dillon, and now this judgment were unanimous. SCUK appears to lack any judges willing to stand up for human rights.

I'm guessing THIS is the reason a privileged and transphobic barrister took the vet to court. And with the UK court system being totally biased against trans people, as seen multiple times - including the dubious SCUK ruling, then she was bound to win.

I know it's late but I really don't have a choice, need to get a cheap hotel room since sleeping outside is illegal where I live, last thing I need is a fine. Any donation is greatly appreciated, need roughly 80 for a hotel room (prices scuk here).

The SCUK ruling was clearly politically biased, and as such has to be challenged and reversed. She must know that, so backing it is clearly a choice to cause wilful harm, which is certainly not a quality any democracy would want in a leader.

Trans women are women under the the Gender Recognition Act 2004. To the best of my knowledge, the SCUK ruling doesn't change that.

It's what makes the SCUK FWS decision so heinous and very dubious. The judges clearly were not respecting the existing law.
