Hot take: cities that used to have inclines should be looking into ropeways/Teleférico as a grade-separated, medium-capacity transit mode. The mode is oversold by its fanboys and only works in certain niches, but I'll be damned if Price Hill-Downtown Cincinnati-Mount Adams isn't one of them.
