I have always said that the SC should be increased to 13. 6 will be nominated by GOP and 6 will be nominated by Dems with 1 nominated by Independents. When a SOTUS from your group retires, you replace. No more packing by one party.

I hate the fact that we now have a UK Supreme Court which seems to legislate from the bench, instead of interpreting the law. If you look at the nightmare of the US SOTUS why did we set up a similar court, with only 12 Justices who serve until they retire at 75 (at least we have that restriction).

Over 2 years Trump has got to go while he serves up an outrage almost every day. We've got to get rid of him, by way of impeachment or the 25th amendment. A new Congress will only serve as a partial check on his power, while SOTUS is willing to go along with much of his hair-brained schemes.

The same 1st Amendment that apparently doesn't allow a performer to say "Free Palestine" does however allow political ads to make 100% false claims, including using AI-generated images and videos, and paid for with unlimited political contributions from PACs, which per SOTUS are really people, too.

In the first case, if they expand it, we expand it again. There is no reason that SOTUS can’t be 10,000 people. Make it such an absurdity the other side is forced to concede and agree to terms.
